We're Molly and Jessica, the founders of Voyage Workshops.
We met near the start of both our photography careers and clicked almost instantly. Our friendship continued to grow as our businesses progressed. It wasn't long until we realized how much our support for each other positively impacted us both personally and professionally.
This is when Voyage was born. In 2019 we launched our first workshop, selling out in less than 24 hours. It was then that we realized the need and desire for community in the industry.
Who are we?
I’m a wedding + boudoir photographer of almost 10 years, and to put it simple, a serial entrepreneur.
Lemme just say what an absolute honor and joy it is to tell people’s stories with this insane talent God has gifted me with. If I’m not out shooting a wedding or dreaming up a new business to start, I am probably at my favorite Mexican restaurant eating tacos and sippin’ on margs with my soon-to-be husband Bruce! That or booking the next flight out to breathe the fresh air of a new place ready to be explored.
For the past decade, I have poured my heart and soul into making my dreams a reality and I can’t wait to help each one of you do the same. From huge mistakes I’ve made as a business owner and the many times I’ve felt like giving up, to the highest of highs I’ve ever felt in my life all thanks to this career, I want to share it all with you.

Hey, I'm Jess!
A 33 year old mama of 3 littles and wife to my amazing hubby, Tim. I’ve been a photographer for 6 years, as I completely changed careers and never looked back! Photography has been the job I never expected, but one I’ve always dreamt of.
I am a lifestyle photographer with a focus on families. Having a family of my own has influenced this shift, and it has been the best decision! Time seems so fleeting these days, and being able to pause that for a moment is something I cherish big time.
Outside of the business, my favorite thing to do is travel with my sweet fam, (more often than not) in our renovated pop up. I thrive on adventure and these workshops are truly a highlight in my life. Getting to connect and to love on each of you ladies is something I’ll never grow tired of. Seriously, where to start? Molly and Jess were so stinkin helpful, and so open and genuine. I honestly don't know if I've ever met other people right away and felt like we already knew each other. They were real, they were themselves, and it helped the rest of us feel comfortable to open up and ask questions. It was so truly amazing to walk away from this workshop with seeds planted for future friendships. The ladies that attended this workshop were all so wonderful, and seriously such a joy to be around! "Voyage was my first ever photography workshop, even as a seasoned photographer and now I'm not sure how I'll ever be able to top the experience other than, of course, attending the next Voyage workshop! Jess & Molly put together a workshop that was not only photography education, but a RAD vacation, community building experience, educational, playful, inclusive & overall, just so much fun! The educational sessions were thorough, informative & insightful. The styled shoots were well-thought out & planned and the styling was absolutely stunning. Jess & Molly took an approach to educating that allowed us to get out of our heads and our comfort zones and to lead the shoots with as much creative control as we wanted to put into it and to put our heads together in teams to inspire each other, as well. I got so much out of this experience including a more creative approach to my photography work, inspiration for a more organized life & work flow, and fifteen new best friends! I absolutely recommend attending Voyage Workshops in the future and I can't wait to attend the next one!

“This is my second voyage workshop that I’ve taken and it exceeded my expectations. I loved the new content that Molly and Jess taught and I like that it was different content than the previous workshop. The location was amazing which was one of the reasons I did the second workshop. The house was awesome and the Joshua Tree shoots were beautiful. My favorite part of the trip was the friends I made on the trip. I left Voyage actually feeling heartbroken that I was leaving so many amazing girls but I’m excited that I have so many new friendships. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much in my life. Voyage is always such a great experience!“
